What is the best way (best software) to restore deleted video data from a memory card? The video was made with a video camera, then deleted from the memory card, then a minute of the video was recorder over - this is my wedding video, so I would like to recover as much as possible. I believe the video was made with a Sony HD video camera, and the video is a bit compressed.
