Is there a ghosting software that copies a disk to a larger one BUT preserves the partition info so that the cloned larger disk now also appears to be the same size as the original disk (assume the larger disk has more heads and more cylinders).

In other words, a verbatim copy.

My disk has damaged partition, so I don't want the partition table to change further when cloned.

Either cloning to a physical drive or cloning to a virtual drive that can be mounted in winXP is fine (the later may be more preferable).

Since I may have to try several different software before finding the right one, free solutions is preferable, including the software to mount the virtual drive, if applicable.
