hi everyone, i have a defective western digital mybook pro 1TB.
basically, i plugged in the wrong power cord and it stopped working.

so.
i took out both of the 500gb hard drives that the box contained and plugged them into an external box - i then found out that one of the disks isnt spinning/booting up.
does anyone have any suggestions?
is it possible to recover all the data from the one disk that works, then swap the casing with the defective drive and recover the data from that drive too?
i have no idea.
has anyone any suggestions?
