Hey everyone. New here
I have a sony hadnycam that all of the sudden will not power on. I was able to remove the 1.8' Zif drive from it and hook it up to my PC using a USB enclosure. My only problem is my PC and Mac see the drive but i cannot see the info on it to copy it off..
My PC will show the drive in disk manage, ent and in device/printers but nowhere else. The Mac shows it in Disk utility but again nowere else and i cannot open it to view/edit the files..
Any suggestions? Thanks

As the windows or Mac OS can't find any file sytem information on the drive so thats why they can't mount it.
If there is any important video, I will suggest that don't experiment on it, Consult your local data recovery services provider.
