I wonder if anyone could help.
I have recently re-installed windows on my laptop, before this i was using ccleaner on a regular basis, to clear of different files.
I have recently sold the laptop and worried that someone could recover my banking information from the Firefox history or information from various other sites.
How possible is this?

Yeah I'd be very careful if I was you...you would be very surprised what you can get back with some free crapy recovery software...
It's always best to use a data destruction software before you sell any device that contains a hard drive. Depending on the software you can encode it multiple times and not evern the forensics will get it back. |
