I've got a seagate drive that has physical failure. Ontrack was recommended to me, but is Seagate better since its their own drives?
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

I'd go with price, they will be using the same methods regardless. If they can't get it back chances are they won't charge...what are their policies?
