I have succesfully recovered data 4 formats deep several times.
I have recently tried to recover data from a 300GB and a 1TB HD.
I was able to Recover 12GB of info but it was all corrupt except for maybe 3%!
All files were assigned the same size of 1.43 MB and although a small portion of the jpegs were recovered, all word docs and excel docs were corrupt or needed a text update from microsoft.
I have office 2007... what update?
I ran the recovery program 4 times and in 2 different modes, no fat and fat to be sure it wasnt me.
I spent an enormous amount of time working to recover the clients info yet have seemingly struck out.
Id appreciate any help or encouragement.
Perhaps even a better recovery program
I currently use 'PCI Inspector File Recovery' and have had great luck till now. I plug in my clients hard drive via USB device and save to a 1TB external so im not overwriting.
