How often do you think the meta keywords of a webpage should be revised? What should be considered?

The meta keywords of the webpage shld n't be revised with in two or three months of the launch of web site . let it be mature and crawled and indexed by serach engine.

While writing keywords about any content page you hav eto focus the content on the web page so to achieve the relevancy factor.
