Hi I have been using a netgear sc101 network storage device and I cannot connect the drive back through the netgear software apparently the drive has spanned into two partitions somehow, netgear have said they cannot provide me with anything other than email support which is proving rather useless!!!!

Are there any data recovery tools that I can use to recover the data on this drive?

What I will suggest in such a case is that you should contact a professional data recovery service near to you, cuz netgear is not giving any details and in such a situation, experimenting with your data on the drives will be risky, so better leave the work for the professionals, if you want to experiment, taking the drive out will be one thing and connecting the drives directly will be an options.
