I recently lost a Microsoft Word file containing a lot of my writing over the past three years. I am quite distressed about this, as I reformatted my computer, and since that I have not seen this file. It is very important to me and I wan to know if I can get it back. I did not delete the file, but it was washed away when I reformatted my computer.

If anybody can help me, please tell me how to get back my writing!
