this is so simple Windows xp is provinding u a built in facility for creating back ups it spath is

Start-> All Programs-> Accessories -> System Tools -> Backup-> Click Advance Mode -> Backup Tab

an di don know how large ur data is...if ur data is very large in amount then u have to contact any specilaized lab..i can give u a link
