Fist of all, don't use the drive any more for any writing process, you may overwrite you data.
Secondly, you will have to scan the drive for partition using any data recovery software, once you have completed the partition scan, then you can try to recover the data.
As you have used windows restore, if you have restored the system on the same drive, some of the data may be overwritten. The data which has been been overwritten cant be recovered but other than that can be recovered.
