My windows got corrupted on its own. It was showing some dll missing so press r for repair screen. While loading winxp setup cd in the repair option. I accidentally typed fixmbr & all of a sudden my 5 partition from the 500 Gb disappeared. I can see only 1 partition of 128 Gb & the rest remains unassigned i.e not assigned drive name or like a extended partition. Pls help me the data is extremely important. How do I recover the same from the Hdd.

If only the system corrupt ,You can buy a usb adaptor and attach the disk to your computer, usually you will see the file.

You can use Kernel for Windows data recovery software to recover your data successfully and effectively too.
