What is a summary of all my file-repair options ?
What do you have to say about them ?
1. Have a second identical disk drive, backing up/cloning the primary drive.
2. Have an online-storage backup on the internet.
3. Have a 'friend' or work-colleague sparing 10-20 percent of their disk for your backup files.
4. Software to read and re-read raw data, sector-by-sector off disk drive.
4a. Undelete Software
4b. Partition Recovery, Boot-Sector Recovery Software.
5. File repair. Identify missing sectors/blocks. repair only those blocks.
6. use a bittorrent client to download-fix those blocks.
7. use winRAR program with full-10% recovery record.
8. use winCRC
... others ??
what does anyone have to say about these options ?

| I got your problem. These are not the solutions which you have mentioned. These are just alternatives when you file is in force but what if your file gets corrupt. In that case you need to resolve it using some third party tool to repair file. You can download trial versions to get to know more about these softwares. These softwares are used torepair ppt file, access file, bkf file etc. |
