hello...
i m using a e-mail recovery software as my e-mail password get lost....but it is not working..how can i put in working state.

If you're using Outlook Express, you can download (for free) Outlook PST Repair from Easy App Express

It will extract data from damaged .pst files from Microsoft Outlook, and create new working files.

Since you haven't mentioned in your post what kind of operating system or rather file system you are using on your system, I am unable to sort out your problem.

I used a software called Stellar Phoenix Data Recovery for recovering my emails and contacts that were deleted due to crashing.
