These 2 companies are one and the same. I had a harddrive that died, I dealt with Pheonix and their customer service was shocking, took ages to get any response with lots of lies! They said they couldn't fix it and it would require Fields to open it up and look at it..fee £195 +VAT...they then said it was non recoverable and i asked for it back...i found a friend who had a look at it for me..he said the drive had not been opened..still sealed. I have since written to Richard Cable (who's name is on companies house for one of the companies) but no response.
Jokers. They also say they have an office at Brindley place, Birmingham....it is merely a pick point!

My I-phone got soaked and some of the data I never backed up like contacts and pictures. Rapid recovered the data I needed for a good price, and I was very happy with their service and the time it took to recover it. They’ve obviously been around a while and know their way around data recovery.

My USB drive broke down due to file corruption, and I took it to Rapid. They did a complete recovery and I would recommend them for small recoveries. Even though it was only a small job they were very professional and helpful.

rapid is a Spammer.
Despite Requesting time and again they are spamming.

I've been involved in a long legal dispute with this company because of their crooked business practices, they have done everything they can to silence me and anybody who complains about the way they are cheating people out of thousands of pounds every month. The authorities seem powerless to act so the only option left is to alert the public and press.

I'm using my real name because I have nothing to hide, I'm sure you wont be able to verify that the ---- Data poster was really a customer of -----.
