Hello all, I have a Seagate 1.5TB HDD that I ran the 'clear' command on in DOS, to try to remove 'DPT protection' so I could copy some files; unbeknownst to me, it removed all my NTFS info, and I've tried AESUS and Stellar Phoenix software, but it's confusing and both of them eventually slow my CPU to a crawl...can anyone possibly help? Thanks a lot, drumlicks 615-512-3702 text if you like-

Hi
Have you tried Kernel for Windows data recovery software. Its really worth and free from any flaws you mentioned... You must try its demo version and it will give you the idea about the degree of recovery.
