For the file lost , you have to backup sometimes. And it is a good way to avoid lose your important data. So there is a free software may be help you do that. " data disk copy". FREE, and nice, recommend!

But it may also be the scenario wen software get corrupted .....in any catastrophic situation like fire or flood damage.....wen u don't have software then consult any famous data recovery lab...one i m suggesting u is well known all over the world...visit its backup service
